The # 520 body casting was used for about 20 years, and yes, it is a John Deere. The first version was a replica of the 4430 tractor which came out in '1972 or '73. The second version replicated the 4440 model John Deere and the third version replicated the 4450 (this would have been up into the late '80s). Value depends on condition, of course, but they're fairly common and might be worth $150 - $200 in really good condition. Stan
