Nead help to identify manufacturer of an old red, yellow-striped tool box,wood sides and bottom, steel lid with oil-can hole, and bearing a logo which shows a hand holding a plough blade upright, all within a yellow circle surounded by a green field with sunrays, and bounded with a darker green/blue liner. Possibly late 19th C. to early 20th C., and for what type of machine I don't know. Can send jpeg image to your email address upon request. Many thanks in advance.
