If you want a high quality 4020 toy you should look at Ertl's Precision series. They have made a few different variations of the 4020 in this series. They are expensive, but pretty much any 4020 toy you buy will cost you a pretty penny, because they are very popular tractors and they don't make enough 4020 toys to meet the demand.
