Peerless Tractor Antique Sketch

Would anyone be able to direct me to a page or individual that can help me put a value to an unusual collector's I have. It looks as though someone took a poster from a farm auction in 1921 and used it to sketch a very good pencil detailed sketch of a Peerless Steam Tractor. I did some research and found this may be the 1920 tractor that was the last Peerless Steam Tractor manufactured.
My question is what is the value of this item , if any? Both sides of the piece are very interesting.
