The first pedal tractors (Eska) were built in 1949.

Value is hard to place, depending on which model you might have, but the "H" and "M" models all seem to be in the $500+ range in Dick's Farm Toy Price Guide.

I'll try to find your tractor on eBay and see what it is...that might help determine what it is.
