That is a replica of a Vindex toy that was made starting in 1930. Note the comment on the box about "just like the toy from 40 years ago". Ertl made these starting in 1970. Your tractor no doubt has a hole in the seat, and they were made that way for a few years. Then they started making one without the hole. Value?? Only a guess, but yours might be in the $35 range.
