fire extinguisher , penetrating oil

I have an OEM fire extinguisher that has factory sticker and mount . It has not been used , the saftey pull ring has not been tampperd with and the valve is still on the green full mark,
I also have a tin of international penetrating oil. it contains 4 ounces and was used like the WD-40 of international.
How rare are these items? im not so much intrested in how much there worth as how rare are they. and what would they be worth?
