The reservoir is up but not high enough to effect me. Most of the rain fell in the Cedar river basin up north and some in the Iowa river water shed. So they closed down the dam gates on the reservoir to help with flooding where the two rivers come together.
Guys farming in the reservoir area scrabbled to get some harvest done before the res came up but still lost some.
