You are correct in thinking it is from the early 90's. They were built in 1991.
The information I have says the tractor is worth $250 for good condition and $400 for excellent condition.
The trailers were built at several times and range in value accordingly. There is a 1970 model that has plastic rims valued at 20 to $45 depending on condition.
Yours is most likely a 2007 model. Two were built at that time one by Ertl and one by Scale Models. The Ertl one has JD decals on the trailer.
Scale models did not have decals. The value on them is about what they cost new $35 for the Ertl and $20 for the Scale Models one.
