Update- Around the time I was making this post my wife got tired of finding the tire laying around and threw it away. So I went online and found the closest replacement I could find. Slightly different style in that it has a plastic ring that holds it in place. The plastic was too stiff to initially put on but after letting it sit in almost boiling water for a couple minutes I was able to pop it on. So far it looks like it should work pretty well.
