I think Ertl only made the International Harvester chisel plow. If you look at the packaging and the toy for the Allis, Case, Ford, and Massey versions they do not have OEM decals. They are basically just a "red' "orange" and "blue" plow. John Deere has a patent, copywrite or what ever you want to call it for anything marketed as "green and yellow." Ertl can't make a green and yellow plow without an expensive John Deere license.
Almost every toy International Harvester implement made in the late 70's and the 80's was available in "Ford" blue, "Allis" orange, "Massey" red and "Case" orange. None of the IH implements were made in John Deere green.
IH toys were red with white rims Massey toys were red with grey rims Case Toys were orange with orange rims Allis Chalmers toys were orange with cream sometimes white rims Ford toys were blue with white rims.

Top that off with an old set of '36 Ford headlight shells bolted to the hood. Pretty unlikely for a car... but for a tractor, this is pretty normal. It seems that more often than not they a
