Jerome, if you would like, send me a picture or post a picture of your pedal tractor. You will need to know what model you have when ordering parts/decals. 1)evaluate what parts are good and what parts need replacing. Make a list. 2)remove the bolts that hold it together. 3)strip all the old paint, we use zip-strip, sand blasting YOU MUST BE CAREFUL as you could blow through the cast aluminum in some areas. 4)prime and paint. we prefer to use actual JD, IH, Case, Oliver etc. paint as opposed to a generic like van sickle. 5)re-assemble and apply decals We get our parts from Dakotah Toys in Madison SD, but there are other vendors out there as well. Our kids have restored pedal tractors as 4H projects for the last 10 years. They really liked to show off the before and after pics. Let me know if you have any further questions and good luck! Mike
