Phelps Tractor coin

A student of my wifes has a coin he wishes to research the history of. This is a "copper" coin larger than a quarter with a picture of a man in a top hat inside of an antique vehicle(not a tractor). The name Phelps Tractors is on the other side of the coin. If anyone knows even a part of the history of this coins contact me at davis23@marshall.edu. Thank you Joe Davis
