The first wide frontend pedal tractor made by Ertl was a LGT(copy of lawn and garden)which was made in 1970.Had a replaceable front grill,Ignition key and smooth tires, and stamped steel wheel cover fenders.A 4020 with a widefront was made in 1991 and was a diesel.Casting was a little smaller than other JD pedals.Do to the fact that Ertl has reissuied some older pedal models the prices are also dropping on them.Hope this helps you out some but as far as prices I do not know.
