Yeah you're right about about div. 3. I was wrong. I still would like to go up to IV. I know Boyd's U is really tough. However, he doesn't have an Ampli-Torque. That just might make the difference.

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
