John, Most of the front blade systems are designed to maintain level on an angled blade only when the thing is actually lowered to the ground for plowing. Yes, you are correct, the tilt that appears when the angled blade is raised gives the perception that you will be tearing up a groove to one side in use; in reality, this does not happen. The mathematicians in the group can tell us why this works: something about a tangent??? Good luck, a front blade is lots of fun.
