i brought an aftermarket air filter, does that mount inside the hood or stick out the hood. i"ve seen some air filter on the outside.this could be because they are an older model. i have a 48 8n. i stuck it inside too see how things looked. the bolt hole match up, but the oil pressue line is in the way. when i brought the tractor, the owner told me someone had stolen the air filter off of it. i"m thinking he must have rerouted the oil pressure line. Or does that line sit behind the filter. maybe it needs too be bent in or i need too buy a new line and reroute it myself?
