Welcome to the YT site Tom I would suggest making the battery and starter connections clean bright and tight, you may want to pop off the distributor and clean the points you should get spark then also check out Bruce VA 50 tips. My 1941 9N is Ford Vermillion Red single stage paint and White paint yours any color you want but JD Green LOL Good Luck
