Take the exit for Hwy 26, go thru town and go north on 26 to West Corners, There's a big school building on the west side of the road across from where the auction is. The Southern Tier tractor club is involved and it should be a good event to attend.

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
