As far as price goes the White 2-1XX, JD 4240, and the IH models listed are the only ones that will come in at 20K or below, at least around here. As my previous post indicated I would research the maintenance history of anything under consideration as for the age of any one of them they probably are not "bulletproof." The thing that bothers me with the IH "88" series is the limited history of production and the impact on parts. I just don't see them around the die-hard IH guys. I am not saying they are terrible but there are a lot of questions to be asked. It will be easier to find a good articulate with 3 point and PTO for under 20K than a row crop with MFWD. If you don't want to look at Deere then look at Case or White.
