We have a little 6 volt Zareba solar fence charger that we use to fence an area about 50'x100'. It was working earlier this spring but today when I checked it did not work. The battery is good, but when I hooked it back up I still didn't get a shock. When I grabbed the ground wire to make sure it was connected properly I got a shock from it. I checked that the battery was hooked up the right way, and that the wires were hooked to the correct terminals. Is this some kind of internal short that would make it send the electricity directly to ground, or are there other possibilities? Any advice will be very much appreciated. Zach
