You don't want to use 2,4D after the corn growing point starts coming up - about the 5th leaf showing.
It will tank mix with most formulations of glyphosate. all the info should be in the little booklet or sheet on your herbicide containers. I know a lot of that is wordy junk; but doesn't take long to find the section on tank mix partners and get the real scoop on the particular chemical brands you have.
