Trouble shoot do not throw parts at it and hope it is the right part. Now for a question or 2. 6 or 12 volts?? Do you have a good spark when it is as you say hot. So is it getting to hot?? Is it turning over real slow or what. The more info you give us the better we can help you help your self. When it happens you need to check things like spark, fuel and the normal stuff before you go putting parts on it which can cause more trouble
