The 'Real Farmers' that choose to live in the flood plain accept the fact every so often the River floods. Every farmer in the world looks at a gambler in the mirror every morning. They don't lose their land. They lose this year’s crop and gain an inch of silt. What I hate to see is all that water going south when it's so badly needed in west Taxus and Oklahoma As for the people who choose to just live there and complain I don't have much sympathy.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
