Crude oil is $100 US per 44 galllon barrel (not a 55 gal drum, but an old wooden 'English hog's head' beer barrel) water is...... pennies per barrel? When the planet starts starving to death, engineers will come up with a 20 year project, probly finished 30 years later. I said this before on this forum, if Einsenhower demanded an Italian auqaduct system rather than a German style autobahn, we would be worrying about repairing our 55 year old interstate water system. For people worred about dry years, well, that is what reserviors are for, when those are dry, back to hard times, that's life.
