Simazine is not legal for aquatic use, nor is Diuron. Use only aquatic labeled products. If this moss is algae, an aerator and a product Green Clean, which is hydrogen peroxide, is really good. It doesnt have the toxicity of the copper sulfate, either. As a commercial applicator with lots of lakes here in Florida, it would be my choice. Post a picture of the weed and I"ll help you choose the right herbicide.
