Hi Mark, WOW!! Nice collection! I collected farm toys myself for 27 years and enjoyed every one of them. I had 200 plus pieces, all scale sizes. I sold my whole collection piece by piece with my wife's help on ebay with lots of pics and a collector price handbook. They were my pride and joy that is for sure. I sold them because my kids had no interest in them, so I bought a 1953 WD45 Allis Chalmers tractor with loader with the money. And I was very happy. Thanks for sharing these pics. Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
