You say the plugs are dry and black that means it is running way to rich. Adjust the main jet in a tad bit and or if you have not serviced the air cleaner do so. If you have not cleaned and replaced the oil in your air cleaner then I bet that is where your problem is. You need to clean and service the air cleaner often. Sorry to late for me to look in the manual
