just wanted to put my two cents in about 60s ford f600 trucks.a 65 or 63 dose not mater a lot,pre 64 had a 292 truck engne that had truck heads and made the same horse power as the 330 in 64 but at lower rpm.some y blocks like 292 had lub problems at the valves when they were new but ford fixed this with cam barings that had oil grove on inside and outside.i use a 49 f5 on my farm along with other fords up to 77. i lick them all.
