In Arkansas a law was passed that basically says that if you feel threatened anywhere on your property then you can use whatever means you feel necessary to protect yourself. So if you come upon someone stealing your possessions you may feel threatened. It takes care of alot of problems and in the long run saves the state money. Actually that isn't exactly the intent of the law but most theives don't want to push their luck, besides there is more than enough money to be made in this state making and selling meth.
