Coil related problems on 5.4 Triton engines are very common. Lots of times a bad coil will not set a code. You need someone who has a good scan tool to access the engine control module under generic mode and go to non continuous monitors. At non continuous monitors, to to $53 and look at the counters for actual miss fires to know which cylinder is miss firing. Hope this helps,
