Some may recall I posted last fall/winter about the knock in my 2520 engine. One comment said it was overheated. The pistions were scored and brown on opposite sides.
Here is a picture of it's current status. Ground crank 10/10, new pistons and sleeves, new O-Ring grooves pressed into the block, shaved block and head, new valves, refurbised injectors/Pump, etc. My son gets much of the credit as he works for a JD dealer. I painted the engine this weekend, the block had been checmically cleaned and was bare. Paul
