Shoot my drive way is only a mile long and yes my dead gives me written access but not a true deeded access so that is why we are going to court in the first place so as to end any and all of this for once and for all since we have done this 2 or 3 times before and the court did not do things right and record it. But here in Missouri you can not land lock a person for any reason and you can not restrict what they drive in or out if it has been done so before you buy and we have been driving big rigs in and out for 30 plus years now.
