The JD 6310 and the JD 6410 both have the 276 cu in engine. Jd 6310 80 PTO hp. and the JD 6410 90 PTO hp. They use a mechanical fuel pump and standard injectors. The injection pumps and injectors are the same other than the pump setting. I do mean exactly the same. The pumps are DELPHI brand. I do not know how to turn them up.
You can exchange it for a new re-maned one at your JD dealer. Trade the JD 6310 pump for a JD 6410 pump. It only would cost you $1696.50. Do you want two??????? LMAO
The best way would be to just remove the injection pump. Then take it to a rebuild shop and tell them it is going on to a JD 6410. They are not supposed to turn them up but them will match them to the model of tractor. Just don"t tell them what you are doing. Say you bought a used pump to replace yours that failed.
