My Dad who lives in a retirement park had a new neighbor move in recently. The lady saw him the other day and said "I understand your son sells eggs?" He said yes, he sells them to any of us old folks here in the park for $1 a dozen. She said "tell him I"ll take 6 dozen". He calls and says next time I"m over, bring 6 dozen for the new neighbor. A few days later I took over 4 18 packs but the neighbor wasn"t home, so I left them in Dads fridge and told him when he see"s them to let them know they are there. He sees them come home later that day and goes out and said my son brought your eggs over, come get them. She comes in and begins telling Dad she ordered 6 dozen at $1 a dozen, now she doesn"t know how much to pay. This woman is as old or older than I am (creeping up on 60), what the h*ll? Dad said it took him 10 minutes to explain that 4 18 packs was the same as 6 dozen. Not sure if this is a reason or not, but they do have Missouri license plates on their car.
