I took ONE foreign language when I was in school. IT WAS CALLED ENGLISH!!! That is pretty bad for a native speaker of the language to say this. I can not spell either. In high school I had a English teacher that made you copy any word you misspelled 100 time to be turned in to her. She is also the teacher that told my mother she did not have a clue I was interested in science after I gave a demonstration of my winning science fair project. This was ONE of the many obstacles that cause me NOT to seek any retraining after I was laid off for my Electronic Technician job at a local Television plant 19 years ago YESTERDAY. I would have had to take additional English courses that would have been a WASTE of my time, the instructors time, and the money to pay for the cost of the course.
