Before you replace everything on the tractor. Check some basic things. Some of this may sound obvious but some of it is. Are you getting spark? Are you getting fuel to the cyliners? Was the fuel clean and free of moisture? Have you tried a compression test? Are there any loose wires? Could be a lot of things. If it was running after your rebuild and you didn't hear any heart stopping sounds, it couldn't be too serious.
