That picture is a good argument for front-mounted cultivators.
Took my little tractor up to my nephew's place awhile back, and drilled about 150 post holes. Couldn't straighten my neck out for a week- finally ended up going to the chiropractor.
Baling is OK, because you only have to turn your head about half way- but having to look constantly at something directly behind really does me in.
