My '08 F350 4x4 dually will get 20-22 reliably if driven sanely BUT, I removed the DPF and CAT, and use a tuner. I have it set on the lowest horsepower, and I'm told it would get better if turned up more. I still tow with it some, so I'll leave it where it's at. If we could keep the EPA out of our way, we wouldn't need any foreign oil. The technology is there to get great mileage, but when you plug the exhaust, it's tough to get good numbers.
