: Sounds as if you are just not getting enough juice to the plugs. Check for cracked or or broken wires. If it's running clean out the exhaust it doesn't sound like a rebuild job. Good possibility. Also, replace those plugs with a hotter plug than the D-16 plug that's likely in there. Use a D-19 or D-21 unless you plan on running it under heavy load.
