I've seen this posted before, but wanted an update so I could show my 88 year old Dad. A few days ago he had an appointment to go in for a PT scan in the afternoon. They told him don't eat anything after 7 AM. When I picked him up about 11 I asked him if he had a big breakfast knowing it would be well after lunch time before he would get to eat again. He said "I had a bowl of cereal". I griped at him about that (since he's diabetic) but then realized I should have gone over there and made him a good breakfast. Sure enough I didn't get him back home until 2 PM and he was not feeling well due to the lack of food. Live and learn I guess. Since I get up early and normally eat a big breakfast, many times I eat little or no lunch. So I'm curious what ya'll do for breakfast and how long does it last you?
Today I had basically the same thing I have everyday except Sunday. I have eggs everyday since we raise chickens. Today was a 4 egg omlet with diced onions, grated sharp cheese and some diced fresh tomato out of the garden all mixed in and then I add more tomato on top once it's on the plate. Also hash browns with American cheese on top, 2 sausage patties, a biscuit covered in honey and a glass of cranberry juice.

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
