City girl needs to find a part for a 1939 Ford flathead pickup truck

New to the net, and new to Antique Trucks. I am looking for a part for a 1939 Ford flathead pickup truck for a dear elderly family friend. I am not sure what the technical name for this part is, or even if I am in the right place to be looking for such a thing. The part is the center piece located on the nose grill. (one long piece of stainless steel that runs from the top of the nose to the bumper with two other long pieces that attach at the top and flare out of the sides in a quarter circle to the bottom of the grill.) If I am totally in the wrong place to be inquiring on such a thing and you have an idea where I can find some information about procuring or who to ask, I would be most grateful for your consideration and help.
