That's not exactly true. Most of the kids in high school now days have a broder newer subject base to learn. For example I went to a higher level and know more math than dad who went to the same high school and my grandparents who were educators for 40+ years. It all depends how you see it. I do agree on the work thing though. Myself just graduating high school have noticed that the older generation sets the bar high and says that we should be engineers and lawyers when there's plenty of open jobs that don't pay quite as much that need to be taken. It's hard to find hay help because nobody likes the pay! I enjoy working, heck I would do it for free. My 2 cents
