Looks to me like some dump files. The system trys to load a driver but can't finish before running over the end of available memory, so creates a file on the hard drive rather than losing everything. This is a debugging functiuon. Leaving a trail for troubleshooting. Its is an indication of not enough ram memory. Usually these problems can be fixed by adding ram memory to the machine. If you max the machine out with all the ram it can take, lots, if not all bugs and problems go away. Ram Memory Modules are cheap nowadays as compared to a few years ago. Modern machines can run 4 gigs. or more, and need it. New, off the shelf machines usually are lacking in ram memory (sometimes only 1 gig. is installed, barely emough to run Windows) so that the customer has to "upgrade" to more memory. This is easy to do yourself.
