I have not bought from them but I have seen some of their listings on Ebay and such where they say pretty strongly that you are not to call them as they are too busy to check on orders and issues from customers.
I figured that them being too busy to deal to customers was a problem that I could help them with by never ordering anything from them! I hope they appreciate the help. :D
