Have 18.4/30 on the rear, looking to replace front tires on the FWA. Currently has 12.4/24 User manual says only 11.2/24 work with 18.4/30. Service manual says 11.2 or 12.4 is fine. CIH dealer #1 says go with 11.2, CIH dealer #2 says 11.2 or 12.4, CIH dealer #3 says do the math on rolling circumference and/or loaded radius to make sure no more than 5% 'pull' from the fronts. So any way to know for sure? There hasn't really been an issue with the 12.4's on there now. Hard on the transmission if wrong or just pre-mature tire wear?
