Your 2020 has a closed-center hydraulics so it needs a closed-center loader valve or it will act as you describe.
Is this something new to you or has it been working properly and now failed?
If it HAS been working properly and has now failed, the only repairable parts of the valve are the closed-center conversion plug and the high pressure relief. Either could have lost an "O" ring or the relief could have otherwise failed.
Most ANY other INTERNAL leak is going to be a cracked casting or a flaw in the casting that has opened up. There are NO internal seals on the spools... they are a precision fit in their bores.
Only other thing I can think of to check is the centering spring at the end of the spool to make sure it is not broken or something is otherwise binding to keep the spool from centering.
If it is new to you and you don't know if it has always been this way, it could be the wrong valve for closed-center or simply need a closed-center conversion plug installed.

The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
