I've bought plenty of stuff from them over the years. Time on back ordered items will depend entirely on how long it takes suppliers to get items to Valu-Bilt. They can't ship until stuff reaches their door. Usually, I get shipment with-in 3 or 4 days of ordering. Only back ordered items I ever had with them took a week on one item, over 2 months on another. In the case of the last one, manufacturer was slow shipping.
