They don't like the 2 areas to be confused; and many of us have found other web sites became terribly boring and dull when they got full of endless sales pitches, and interesting topics went away.....
So, if you are being ignored, it's probably because you are bending the rules quite a bit trying to sell something out in the forums. People were pretty nice in not yelling at you - just let your off-topic message be.....
If you were interested in fixing up the Ollie and Massey, I think you'd get a lot more interest & conversation, doesn't sound like they are in too bad a shape.
Again, not trying to be the internet police; just if you get around some on line, you'll find there are places for interesting conversation, and places for selling stuff. The 2 rarely co-exist well on the exact same page. Hope you can understand that.
