I got a farmall super a awhile back and it ran great till 2 weeks ago, it started out as a spit and sputter every now and then, but got way worse as time went on, to the point of sounding like it was getting hardly any gas, i had a friend of mine put a carb kit in it (zenith carb), cleaned the jets good, put it back on and now it wants to flood itself after it sits for any length of time, and when i do get it started you can go 100 feet and it will just die, but it will start right back up, and repeat the process, occasionally the spuddering will come into play. I have adjusted the float up and down, checked to see if its getting gas and it is, i'm about at my wits end. Would getting a new carburetor help? I just don't know what to do next, i've never had this much problem out of one tractor in all my life!!!
